Geoff Weisbart’s practice focuses on resolving disputes involving businesses and individuals in employment matters, aviation cases and dozens of areas in between. He represents clients in jury trials, judicial hearings, arbitrations and non-jury trials as well as appeals to the Texas Courts of Appeals, The Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Over the years, Geoff has successfully defended clients in matters that risked substantial financial and business losses and has recovered numerous judgments, awards and settlements for plaintiffs.
